In church administration, it’s important to realize that the body of Christ is a living organism rather than an organization. There are lots of people involved in making Calvary Chapel Chico what it is. As Administrative Pastor Quentin Nakagawara says, “I think it’s awesome to see people come in and realize how God has gifted Sam to teach and pastor and how He has given Sam a clear vision for the direction of this ministry.The rest of us are here to help Sam to fulfill a ministry that has grown beyond what one person can do and help him to make the vision that God has given him a reality.”
